Following our brief summary last Sunday, Apple has removed 3,300 unlicensed games from its App Store operated in China. The purge comes with its compliance to China’s freshly issued gaming regulations, which require developers to obtain approval serial numbers for their games combined with a set of strict inspections. The delisting number increased around 17 folds compared with the end of June, when only 200 titles on average were removed.
