Alibaba co-works with NetEase Music to expand user base

Members of the Alibaba’s customer loyalty scheme 88VIP will soon be able to enjoy NetEase membership services at no additional cost. This is the first time that 88VIP incorporates a service provided outside the Alibaba ecosystem. Alibaba bought in a $700 million worth of NetEase Cloud Music share last September, which has strengthened the cooperation between two companies with regards to entertainment, which covers film and television distribution as well as ticketing service.
