Instructed by Chinese Primer Li Keqiang during the Two Session, the cost of mobile data is expected to be cut by at least 30%. On the other hand, fuelled by the deployment of 5G network, the atmosphere in China is now extremely optimistic anticipating the introduction of an improved access on broadband and mobile. China’s three major mobile carriers have already reduced their data service cost by 60% year-on-year at the end of November in 2018. Tech companies also responded positively to the proposal by coming up with suggestions of constructing a better cyber community.
