The start of Apple’s college discount was officially announced today. A report from Apple says, “From July 14 to September 26, Apple users can enjoy education pricing to buy a designated MAC or iPad with AirPods (Second generation) with the relevant certificates provided.” Furthermore, there are Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard discounts, and a 20% discount on the AppleCare+ service plan. Apple officials said that the Apple Trade ln program would also be part of the Education Discount offer. Thus users can upgrade their AirPods to Airpods Pro by making up the price difference, and first-time users can enjoy a free 6-month trial period of Apple Music.
