Businesses in Shanghai Make Own Data Public In “Shining a Light on e-Commerce Platforms” Bid

The Shanghai Market Supervision Bureau launched the “Shining a light on E-commerce platforms” initiative, covering 51 E-commerce platforms in the city, such as Pinduoduo, RED, Shipaishi, Ctrip, ELEME, etc. The Shanghai Bureau’s action for publication of business information effectively protects consumers’ interests and their legitimate rights to know, choose and supervise, plus it promotes fair and orderly market competition.
