According to research by Diffbot, though China is making more efforts than any other country in nurturing robot research and development, the US is still the home for global learners gathering to devote to the industry. Only 30% of graduates from the top four universities that cultivate robotic expertise stay in China for further academic and business research, while 70% of them leave for the states. The situation goes hand in hand with the local supply shortage of artificial intelligence personnel.
