Didi seeks an IPO listing in Hong Kong

China’s leading ride-sharing platform Didi Chuxing is to be filing for an initial public offering in Hong Kong, following the trend of Chinese tech companies seeking a secondary listing there. Though the company’s spokesperson indicated that an IPO was not the ‘top priority’, Didi is not in a good financial status now and have been trying to diversify its revenue by extending the business scope to the freight logistics industry.
