Huawei is to be removed from Google’s Android service support list

Huawei’s drama unfolded since the alleged false extradition of the CEO’s daughter, Meng Wanzhou, and now grows into a series of mutual restrictions with regards to technologies. However, the US president Donald Trump is not satisfied with the ban on chips exported to Huawei, and has expanded the ban to software provided by Google, namely Android mobile devices operating system, which recently reported an upcoming suspension of its service to the Chinese tech giant. The news has sparked great disputes on international social media since the oversea shipment weighs heavily on Huawei’s overall market.
