JD cooperates with Trip.com to fuel tourism market

As the pandemic is properly controlled in China and lockdowns have been lifted in most regions, the tourism market is seeing a rebound as a growing number of people are seeking to travel outside their homes. JD’s aggressive move in the industry in alliance with Trip.com signals the ecommerce giant’s confidence in the sector. Under the deal, JD will connect Trip.com with its 8 million enterprise clients and 400 million individual users.
