As the fast-paced march of artificial intelligence moves ever onwards, employees from the finance industry are frightened that their positions will be largely replaced by AI technology. However, as reported by the Chartered Financial Accountants Institute, based on a poll of 3,832 members worldwide, despite the rise of AI, the employment demand in financial services will actually increase instead of declining. With a great push by the authorities on the emerging fin-tech industry, the demand for labor may well boom in the near future before entering its maturity.
