The Chinese beverage chain Luckin Coffee has been gradually rejuvenated from the previous accounting fraud, earning RMB 1.15 billion ($176.3 million) in Q3, a 35.8% increase compared to the same period of 2019. Cost-saving is the major contributor to the revenue increase, whereby the company has reduced its store count to 3,898 by 13.5% from 4,507 in the end of 2019, and fewer packages are being used.
