Tencent Music Entertainment (TME) updated its prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States (SEC) proposing to issue 82 million shares each priced at 13 to 15 USD, in return for up to 1.2 billion USD fundraising. The move sets the clock ticking ticks for TME’s listing schedule. Comments from the industry unanimously agree that the feedback from the capital market will provide a valuable reference to domestic streaming dogs and music apps which are willing to go public, and also point out a direction for future development.
