Tencent is looking for regeneration within the corporate system. It initiated the talent youth project lately during the 20th-anniversary celebrations and promised to provide younger employees with more opportunities to grow and develop. Tencent will also replace the stereotypical management team and bring in innovative members who are able to instigate active cultural change.
