Alibaba’s first physical unmanned hotel FlyZoo will officially go into operation soon, following the final fine-tuning. Located in Alibaba’s main base, Hangzhou, all the service in the hotel will be carried out by robots and programmed computers. Such a valuable AI learning experience of unmanned hotel management will possibly be applied to other hotel chains which are attempting to run related businesses.
