The social fitness app Keep, a leading workout service provider in China, has raised $80 million in its Series E led by Jeneration Capital Management. Followed a capital shortfall in late 2019, Keep saw a resurgence in user numbers of 12% year on year in the first quarter of 2020, related no doubt to the nationwide lockdown which forced millions of sports activists remain indoors. The funding also indicates investors confidence in the online fitness sector to some extent.
