Microsoft’s search engine Bing was found intermittently inaccessible yesterday since around 3 pm. Microsoft confirmed to TechNode that Bing’s services are not in a stable service in China but declined to give further details. Two rumors with regard to the issue are now circulating – the first states the shutdown is a part of supervision act applied by the Cyber Administration of China, while others believe it’s related to the protection of Baidu against unfaithful search result scandal.
