Forbes listed the top 10 Chinese female CEOs and ranked Dong Mingzhu from Gree corporation the first. It commented that though a growing number of female leaders emerged in the China market, those who are able to stay at the position for three sessions are almost impossible to be seen. However, benefits from the new era economy with the multi-cultural clash, women have started to stand out from the traditional all men management team due to their linguistic superiority and compassion.
