Tiktok turned down Microsoft’s acquisition offer in favour of Oracle

Microsoft confirmed in a statement Sunday that Bytedance had chosen Oracle over them for a business partnership. The cooperation will be a form of a stake purchasing rather than an outright sale, while the executives of the American software company, who hold close ties with president Trump could possibly save the short video app from the target of political disputes between two countries.
