Given the fact that the logistics cost to GDP ratio in China is higher than in many developed countries and even some developing economies, the government has started to take actions boosting the parcel delivery efficiency and increasing the effectiveness of logistical transportation. 127 cities are listed as qualified locations for 150 warehouses and hubs establishment by 2025, armed with artificial intelligence and unmanned vehicles.
